Roy Wasserman is a Texas-licensed attorney who primarily practices in the areas of real estate, title, and probate law.

 

He previously worked as an associate attorney for a mortgage banking law firm, where his clients included banks and mortgage servicers. He primarily handled title, lien priority, HOA, and probate matters.

 

He has also worked as an in-house counsel for the claims department of a national title insurance underwriter, where he resolved boundary disputes, chain of title defects, heirship conflicts, and various easement-related issues.
